Description
The Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application from Vitus Energy, LLC for seasonal winter storage of two marine barges and one tug boat within Steamboat Slough near Bethel, Alaska. The vessels will be stored during the annual non-operational winter period and will not be used for cargo operations, fueling, maintenance, or occupancy while in storage. The proposed storage period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. The public is invited to comment on this activity before a decision is made.
