Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is requesting proposals on behalf of its current and future members for Outsourced Human Resources Services to establish a national contracting solution. The solicitation is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) to result in regional and/or national contract solutions under the rules and regulations of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA). The contract term will be 5 years with an option for 3 additional years. Proposals must be submitted through the Canoe Procurement Portal by September 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
