The Town of Needham is soliciting qualifications from qualified designers to provide design services for the rooftop unit replacement and roof replacement at Needham High School. The project includes a feasibility study, schematic design options, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration with cost estimates at each stage. The design team must include multiple disciplines such as mechanical, architectural, structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustical engineering, and cost estimating. The first phase fee is not to exceed $150,000, with potential for future phases under negotiated fees.
