Description
The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing financial (municipal) advisory services. These services include advising on note and bond sales and other debt management related projects. The RFQ aims to qualify multiple firms to be placed in a pool of pre-qualified financial advisors for future debt-related transactions and projects.
