Description

The Town of Hopkinton, through its Youth & Family Services and funded by the Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) SAMHSA grant program, is soliciting written quotes from qualified public relations, marketing, and communications consultants/vendors. The project involves designing and deploying a multimodal public awareness and stigma reduction campaign focused on mental health. The campaign aims to reduce stigma and connect residents to critical mental health resources, creating sustainable assets for ongoing community use. The contract price shall not exceed $15,000, and the campaign duration is from notice to proceed through March 29, 2027.
