The Town of Westminster is seeking consulting services to evaluate its retail food inspection program against the FDA's nine Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards. The project includes reviewing permitting requirements, inspection materials, staff training, documentation, inspection practices, compliance procedures, and enforcement activities. The selected consultant will assist with completing a self-assessment, identifying gaps, providing technical guidance, and possibly observing or auditing inspections.
