Basketball Court Resurfacing and Retrofit Services at Offutt AFB

The U.S. Air Force at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking a contractor to resurface and retrofit Basketball Court #4 in the Field House. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Wing, USSTRATCOM, 557th Weather Wing, and 55th Mission Support Group at Offutt AFB - Scope of Work: - Resurface approximately 7,000 sq. ft. basketball court #4 - Sanding (minimum five levels), vacuuming, cleaning, and repairs of gouges and scratches - Removal of floor tape and gum - Repainting existing gym lines and painting two tournament-ready volleyball courts - Painting Air Force Fitness logo - Application of two coats of water-based high solids gym finish - Installation of two in-ground volleyball net sleeves - Touch-up painting - Products/Services Requested: - Floor resurfacing and retrofitting services (no specific part numbers or OEMs listed) - All labor, tools, and materials must be provided by the contractor - Unique Requirements: - Court must be suitable for basketball, PFA HAMR testing, and tournament-ready volleyball - Compliance with disposal and security requirements for base access - Completion of work within a 30-day period - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

Basketball court 4 is severely damaged, the protective coating peeling and stripping in many places, leaving the court unsafe for play and PFA execution. Provide necessary labor to resurfacing, retrofit the existing court with in floor net sleeves.

SITE VISIT 

A site visit will take place on Monday, 14 September at 1300 CST. An EAL form will need to be requested from the POCs listed on this solicitation. Contractors interested in attending the site visit will need to complete the EAL form and return it to the POCs listed on this solicitation by COB 7 September 2026. Base access is not guaranteed.
