The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.

1. Scope of Requirement

The 434th Air Refueling Wing, Grissom Air Reserve Base (IN), requires a fully certified, qualified contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, testing apparatus, and supervision necessary to perform annual on-site inspection, hydrostatic testing, and minor service maintenance for fire hoses, nozzles, and appliances in strict accordance with NFPA 1962 standards.

Service Model: Complete "Full Service" operational model where the contractor performs all loading, unloading, re-packing, and inventory handling. Hose Testing: Annual service testing of attack, supply, and booster hoses ranging from 1.5-inch to 5-inch diameters. Nozzle & Appliance Testing: Visual inspection, mechanical flow testing, and hydrostatic pressure testing of master stream devices, wyes, adapters, and nozzles. Minor Maintenance: Immediate replacement of degraded gaskets and couplings during inspection. Deliverables & Records: Detailed electronic inventory, pass/fail logs, barcoding/tagging updates, and formal compliance certificates within 14 calendar days of test completion.
