DLA Product Test Center is seeking a comprehensive resistivity measurement system suite for advanced testing of semiconductor materials and polymers. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Product Test Center - Products Requested: - Resistivity Measurement System Suite (automated test stations with autorange, dual configuration, edge accuracy, quick-mount hardware) - Standard Probe Head Matrix (SP4 series or equivalent): interchangeable probe heads with various spring pressures, tip radii, materials, and spacings - High-Temperature / High-Resistance (HT4) Probe Heads: high-grade ceramic or Macor body, fixed spring pressure, triaxial/coaxial termination - High-Temperature Thermal Chuck: ambient to +300C, stability ±0.5C, concentric vacuum rings, gold/nickel/plated surface, electrical isolation, programmable ramping/cooling - Vibration Isolation Table: pneumatic active/passive isolation, natural frequency ≤2.0 Hz, load capacity ≥500 lbs, stainless steel tabletop, optical breadboard grid, automatic leveling - NIST-Traceable Calibration Standards: certified resistivity standards wafers (76.2 mm and 200 mm), calibration certificates traceable to NIST - Computer and Software Suite: Windows OS compatible, integrated software for operation, data analysis, autoranging, geometric correction, CSV export - Services Requested: - Installation by OEM-certified service engineer (ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, baseline calibration, site acceptance testing) - Operator training for up to six individuals (hardware setup, probe handling, software use, calibration, safety) - Post-warranty maintenance support plan (calibration/replacement of standards, priority support, repair coverage, discounted consumables) - Unique Requirements: - System must support multi-environment testing with precise measurement capabilities - Delivery within 90 days to DLA Product Test Center, Philadelphia - Installation and training coordinated upon delivery; maintenance plan begins after 1-year warranty - All calibration standards must be NIST-traceable - Vibration isolation table must be compatible with CDA/N2 air supply - Safety features and programmable ramping/cooling required for thermal chuck - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; equivalent products may be proposed.

Description

The objective of this acquisition is to provide the Department with a comprehensive, multi-environment resistivity measurement capability. This suite will support mission-critical analysis of semiconductor materials, thin films, and conductive polymers across a full range of physical and thermal conditions.
