Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to lease approximately 5,600 square feet of usable area, with consideration for space between 4,000 to 7,000 square feet, to house Classroom, Lab, Office, and Training space for Quinsigamond Community College's Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning (HVAC) program. The space is expected to accommodate 25-35 visitors per day and is located in various towns in Massachusetts including Auburn, Boylston, Grafton, Holden, Leicester, Millbury, Paxton, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, or Worcester. The lease term is for ten years, with a target occupancy date of January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter. The proposal submission deadline is September 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
