The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Court, through its Office of Court Management, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, subscription-based library of online professional development and employee training content. - Government Buyer: - Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Court, Office of Court Management, Court Education Department - Scope of Request: - Online professional development and employee training content for approximately 7,000 judges, officials, and employees - Content must be compatible with the existing Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS) - Topics include workplace skills, technology proficiency, leadership, communication, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, wellness, and cybersecurity - Key Requirements: - Content-only solution; no new LMS platform, hosting, implementation, or migration services will be considered - Content must be ADA-compliant and regularly updated - Vendors must provide demonstration access, ongoing content updates, and technical/administrative support - Firm fixed-price annual subscription model - Period of Performance: - Initial two-year contract term with up to two optional two-year renewals (maximum six years) - Pricing must remain firm for the initial two-year term - No specific OEMs or content vendors are named in the solicitation - The contract is anticipated to be awarded to a single vendor

The Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive subscription-based library of online professional development and employee training content compatible with the Trial Court's existing Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System. The content must support workplace skills, technology training, leadership, accessibility, wellness, cybersecurity, and related topics. The contract will provide access to approximately 7,000 employees across all Trial Court departments and administrative offices throughout the Commonwealth. The Trial Court is not seeking proposals for a new LMS platform or related services such as hosting, implementation, or migration.
