This solicitation is for the remodel of the UMC MLK Warehouse located at 300 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89106, covering approximately 35,309 square feet. The work includes refreshing finishes for office space use, preparing the warehouse area according to architectural drawings, demolition of flooring, upgrades to existing light fixtures, and installation of new electrical and data access points to accommodate planned workstations.
