Description

The Massachusetts Trial Court, through the Office of Court Management, Facilities Management & Capital Planning (FMCP), is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide complete snow and ice management services at Trial Court facilities statewide. The contract is organized into geographic service clusters within each Trial Court region, with each cluster containing multiple facilities and constituting a separate bid and potential award unit. Proposers may submit proposals for one or more clusters, and the Trial Court may award clusters separately or combine awards as deemed in its best interest.
