The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is seeking qualified construction firms to establish a pool for on-call construction services to support various capital improvement projects funded by general obligation bonds. These projects may include roof and chiller replacements, HVAC upgrades, ADA improvements, tenant improvements, and sustainability projects. The first project under this solicitation is the ACC Shop Refresh, which involves adding air conditioning to the shop area of the Administrative Conference Center at 101 S. Mills Ave, Claremont, CA. Bidders may respond to either or both the on-call services pool and the ACC Shop Refresh project by submitting one response package with separate documents for each opportunity.
