Morrow County Clean Water Consortium is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide design, permitting, easement assistance, bidding support, GIS, and related professional services for the West Glen Drinking Water Project near Boardman, Oregon. The project aims to extend potable municipal water service to approximately 100 homes in the West Glen area. The selected consultant will develop a complete, bid-ready public improvement package and provide related project support services.
