Description

The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a feasibility assessment and site analysis for potential parcel locker and/or microhub deployment in preparation for the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Phase 1 involves a non-compensated feasibility partnership to evaluate if parcel lockers and/or microhubs could support freight delivery needs near Games venues, with a focus on developing a feasible concept and assessing benefits. Phase 1 is expected to complete within two to four months. SCAG may optionally proceed with a compensated Phase 2 for deployment planning, pilot implementation, and operations support, contingent on Phase 1 results and funding availability.
