Description
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks a firm to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design/Engineering services for the Deerwood Elementary School HVAC Retrofit Project. The project includes comprehensive renovation of HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, electrical infrastructure, fire alarm system, and interior lighting systems. The scope covers installation of new air handling units, variable air volume systems, ventilation, electrical upgrades, fire alarm modifications, interior lighting, and a new Building Automation System. The goal is to improve energy efficiency, system reliability, indoor air quality, and safety at the school.
