Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing a regular biweekly notice pursuant to section 189a.(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. This notice includes all amendments issued or proposed from July 21, 2026, to August 3, 2026. The NRC has the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license upon a determination that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration. Comments on these amendments must be filed by October 1, 2026, and requests for hearings or petitions for leave to intervene must be filed by November 2, 2026.
