Description

This notice announces the continuation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China, Mexico, Korea, and Turkey. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revocation of these orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to the U.S. industry. The orders cover certain welded carbon quality light-walled steel pipe and tube of rectangular cross section with wall thickness less than 4 mm. The continuation of these orders is effective August 19, 2026, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue to collect AD and CVD cash deposits at current rates.
