Description

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comments to assist in the preparation of its annual report to Congress on Russia's implementation of its obligations as a Member of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The report assesses Russia's progress on various WTO agreements and commitments, including trading rights, import and export regulations, standards, intellectual property rights, services, government procurement, and rule of law issues. A public hearing will be held to receive oral testimony, and written comments are requested by October 1, 2026. The hearing is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at USTR's offices in Washington, DC.
