This solicitation is for the 2026 Maintenance of Traffic Control Equipment, Highway Lighting, and Utility Locate Services. The project includes maintenance of 88 traffic signal locations, J.U.L.I.E. locate services for Town owned electrical and communication facilities, and maintenance of street lighting and electrical facilities in Uptown Normal and other locations. Bids must be submitted sealed to the Office of the Town Clerk by September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
