The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District is seeking to procure and install three online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) monitoring systems for the Lookout Point Powerplant's generator step-up transformers. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Willamette Valley Project, KO Contracting Division - Products/Services Requested: - Three complete, commercially available online DGA monitoring systems for transformer gas and oil condition monitoring - Must measure multiple gases with specified accuracy - Must support remote alarms and include data analysis software - Incidental installation by qualified field engineer or technician - All necessary installation supplies (adapters, cables, wiring, conduit, sensors, tubing, mounting system, tools, and consumables) - 8 hours of manufacturer-approved, hands-on training on the DGA monitor and software prior to commissioning - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Installation and training must be performed on-site at Lookout Point Powerplant, Lowell, OR - Delivery and installation are FOB destination - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated; systems must be commercially available - Small business set-aside under NAICS 334513 - All work must be completed by the specified contract completion date - OEMs: - No specific OEMs are named; any qualified manufacturer of online DGA monitoring systems may compete
