Description
The College of Engineering at Western Carolina University seeks an automation system integrator to design and construct a baseline automated conveyor system. This system will be used as a fixture for laboratory exercises in robotics and automation. It will serve students in the Robotics and Automation concentration of the BS-Mechanical Engineering program and those pursuing the Robotics and Automation Certificate from other majors within the College of Engineering. The conveyor system will provide a platform for students to design, mount, and test industrial-level process control solutions.
