The solicitation is for the construction of a new approximately 27,000 GSF, single-story Healthcare Education Building at Robeson Community College. The facility will include state-of-the-art healthcare education and training spaces such as laboratories, classrooms, training rooms, administrative offices, and support areas. The project scope includes sitework and landscaping; structural concrete and steel; masonry and exterior wall systems; roofing; doors, windows, storefront and curtain wall; interior framing and finishes; casework; and complete MEP and fire protection systems. Prequalification information and documentation must be submitted electronically, with a response deadline of December 8, 2026.
