Description

The Office of Early Childhood is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide evidence-based home visiting services aimed at improving maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes for families across Connecticut. The RFP offers up to $119,675,825 over five years, with a minimum allocation of $3 million per year for each of the six Connecticut Home Visiting regions. Multiple awards will be made, with at least one award per region. Proposals are due by October 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET.
