The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is seeking an experienced catering firm to provide full-service catering for two New Main Library opening events in spring 2027. The events include a Staff Celebration & Preview on April 26, 2027, for approximately 500 guests, and a Donor Recognition & Celebration Event on April 29, 2027, for approximately 1,000 guests. The selected firm will be responsible for menu development, food and beverage service, professional staffing, setup, replenishment, clearing, and strike. Drop-off catering is not acceptable, and final event details will be developed collaboratively after award.
