Description

The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS) on behalf of the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) is seeking a GovRAMP/FedRAMP-certified Learning Management System (LMS) to replace DPSST's legacy systems by 2027. The LMS will modernize statewide public safety training, centralize records, automate processes, improve access, ensure Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance, and support scalable, high-quality training for over 50,000 constituents. The procurement will select one vendor-hosted commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. The project includes implementation and ongoing license agreements with options to renew.
