Description

Beaverton School District #48J is seeking consulting services to develop and implement a unified instructional framework and evaluation systems for educators and leaders. The project involves a comprehensive review, redesign, training, and implementation process to establish a coherent, equitable, research-informed, and sustainable system connecting instructional excellence, professional growth, supervision, coaching, feedback, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The selected vendor will manage the project, lead research, stakeholder engagement, design facilitation, pilot activities, training, evaluator calibration, implementation support, and transition to district ownership.
