The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager, Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) under Portfolio Management Executive Ammunition & Energetics (MPE A&E), is seeking industry sources for large-scale production of government-developed payloads for small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS): - Shank 2.0 payload, training warhead, and pre-packed anti-personnel warhead - Each item is intended for sUAS platforms and is compatible with the Picatinny CLIK/sUPI interface and ESAD initiation systems - Production scale is approximately 40,000 units per month for each item - The training warhead matches the form factor and weight of the live warhead and uses LED lights to simulate detonation - The pre-packed anti-personnel warhead is a live blast-fragmentation device with qualified high-blast explosive and steel fragmentation pack - The Government requests industry recommendations to improve the Technical Data Package (TDP) for enhanced producibility - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the payloads are government-developed - Unique requirements include high-volume production capability, sUAS platform compatibility, and integration with specific interfaces and initiation systems

The U.S. Army Contracting Command –Rock Island at Picatinny (ACC-RIP)), on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager, Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) under the Portfolio Management Executive Ammunition & Energetics (MPE A&E), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources to produce the Government developed Shank 2.0 payload, training warhead, and pre-packed anti-personnel warhead for employment on small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) platforms. The Government is also seeking Industry recommendations on improving the Technical Data Package (TDP) for producibility.
