Description

New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) is conducting a rebid of its solicitation seeking an off-the-shelf, secure database to manage its Strengthening Communities program. This database should serve as a central communication hub between Community Preparedness staff and community coalitions/networks in the program, enabling most programmatic functions through the system. The program currently has over 50 networks and plans to increase enrollment to at least 65 networks through 2029. The contract is funded by a grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR).
