Description
The City of Lake Forest is seeking qualified firms to provide Seasonal and Year-Round Lighting and Decor Services. The scope includes installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of lighting and decor at various locations throughout Lake Forest. The contract term is expected to be three years, from November 17, 2026, to November 16, 2029, with possible extensions for two additional one-year terms. Proposals must be submitted via the City's eProcurement portal by September 9, 2026, and a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
