Description
This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Temporary Employment Services to establish a Statewide Price Agreement. The contractor will operate as a Managed Service Provider for Temporary Employment Services across multiple categories including Administrative, Commercial and Industrial, Educational, Healthcare (Clinical and Non-Clinical), Informational Technology (Professional and Non-Professional), and Professional Services (excluding IT). Services will be provided on an as-needed basis to Purchasing Entities. The contractor must supply competent, reliable, and properly licensed or certified personnel and act as an independent contractor, not employees of the Lead State or Purchasing Entities.
