Description

This is a sole source procurement by the City of Roswell to acquire a software license renewal, services, and support for the Priority Dispatch ONE Plan Maintenance Package. The contract covers system license renewal, software maintenance, updates, technical support, and related services necessary for the continued operation of the existing emergency dispatch protocol system used by PVRCC for Medical, Fire, and Police emergency call processing. The contract term is one year, from September 13, 2026, to September 13, 2027, with a total amount of $69,531.37.
