Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities is for the design of a 24-inch nominal diameter water transmission main. The main will connect the existing 36-inch PCCP transmission main at Parallel Parkway to another 36-inch PCCP between Leavenworth Road and Georgia Avenue. The alignment crosses multiple jurisdictions and land types including rights-of-way owned by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, Interstate 435 under KDOT jurisdiction, multiple private properties, and existing BPU easements.
