The Alberta Executive Council is launching a procurement to establish a roster of qualified vendors for Management Consulting Services across the provincial government. - Government Buyer: - His Majesty in right of Alberta, represented by the President of Executive Council and the Strategic Procurement Office - Scope of Services: - Five distinct service streams: - Strategy and Policy Consulting - Program and Project Management Consulting - Change Management and Organizational Transformation Consulting - Operations and Process Improvement Consulting - Human Capital and Workforce Consulting - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs or vendors named - Services include strategic planning, policy analysis, project management, organizational transformation, process improvement, and workforce analytics - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must submit an Appendix B Service Stream Proponent Response Form, résumés, and supporting documentation - Successful vendors will enter Master Service Agreements and may compete for work through subsequent Statement of Work processes - Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Alberta Purchasing Connection platform

His Majesty in right of Alberta, as represented by the President of Executive Council, is issuing a Request for Proposals to establish a roster of qualified vendors for enterprise-wide Management Consulting Services across five service streams: Strategy and Policy Consulting, Program and Project Management Consulting, Change Management and Organizational Transformation Consulting, Operations and Process Improvement Consulting, and Human Capital and Workforce Consulting. Successful proponents will enter into Master Service Agreements and may compete for work through Statement of Work procurement processes. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Alberta Purchasing Connection by September 28, 2026.
