Description
The Government of Alberta is seeking qualified aviation service providers to establish a pool of Preferred Vendors for Aircraft Rental Services supporting environmental monitoring, conservation, stewardship, and wildlife management across Alberta. The RFP includes four service types: Airshed and Watershed Stewardship, Heli-Stocking of Fish in Remote Lakes, Oil Sands Monitoring, and Wildlife Monitoring Surveys. Services may involve fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, pilots, crew, specialized equipment, fuel, and operational support. Proponents can submit proposals for one or more service types and geographic regions, with successful vendors entering a Master Service Agreement for three years plus an optional 24-month extension.
