Lac La Biche County is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build teams for the design, validation, permitting support, pricing, and construction of the Highway 55 Boardwalk / Walking Trail Project in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The project aims to create a durable, accessible boardwalk and walking trail connecting key areas along Highway 55, while considering environmental and safety factors. Additional civic features such as archways, signage, viewing decks, shelters, lighting, landscaping, and interpretive elements are to be priced separately as options. The County may proceed with the base project alone or with selected options, subject to approvals and budget.
