Description

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) is seeking a supplier for the site move of MEVO IP Desk phones and related equipment to the Florida Blue site. The procurement includes network hardware, cellular and satellite connectivity, and all professional services required to relocate, configure, and test the site. The solution is critical for 911 resiliency and backup to Duval County's primary 911 call handling system. The contract term is five years, from August 2026 through July 2031, with a total value not to exceed $107,657.77.
