Description
The Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to acquire a high fidelity, photo-accurate, and geospatially accurate 3D city model of a select area of the City. The goal is to develop a Level of Detail (LOD) 3, 3D Digital Twin model to support redevelopment evaluation within the Downtown Overlay. The model will include 3D mesh models of buildings accurately located and spatially correct, along with 2D images, to serve as a planning and implementation tool for DIA staff and development partners. This digital twin model will aid in evaluating redevelopment scenarios, visualizing development proposals, and analyzing the relationship between private development and the public realm.
