Description

The City of Jacksonville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Firms to provide design, permitting, construction, and related services for horizontal/civil engineering projects on an as-needed basis under an annual contract. The contract aims to provide continued design-build capacity for future City capital improvement, infrastructure, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and improvement projects. Representative work includes roadway, drainage, stormwater, utility coordination, sidewalk, ADA, intersection, traffic, site/civil, retaining wall, culvert, minor structural, maintenance of traffic, permitting, testing, as-built, closeout, and related appurtenant work. The solicitation will be procured and administered as a design-build contract in accordance with applicable Florida law and local ordinances.
