Description

This project involves the renovation and expansion of the existing CSUF Titan Student Union and Student Recreation Center to support the Associated Students Inc. (ASI) student wellness initiative and address evolving student needs. The Titan Student Union renovation covers about 48,000 sq ft with an 18,900 sq ft two-story addition including Basic Needs programs. The Student Recreation Center will be renovated over 92,000 sq ft and expanded with approximately 25,000 sq ft of new construction to house a Wellness Center and expanded fitness areas. The combined project includes various student-focused amenities, support spaces, and site improvements totaling approximately 44,000 sq ft.
