Description

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Los Pinos Center is seeking services for annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections and testing of the fire alarm, suppression system, and fire extinguishers. The scope of work is detailed in the Model Contract, Exhibit A. The contract term covers two fiscal years from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, and includes requirements for prevailing wage compliance and insurance. Bidders must be state certified businesses and licenses, and a mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at the CCC Los Pinos Center location.
