This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services in Santa Barbara County, California. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, legal disposal/recycling of waste, and incidentals necessary to perform routine and non-routine HVAC services for Caltrans. Bidders must have a primary business location within Santa Barbara County or within a 60-mile radius of specified Caltrans Maintenance Stations. Additionally, bidders must hold a valid C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor License and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
