Description

This is a sole source procurement by Central NM Community College to acquire services from the Collaborative for Higher Education Shared Services (CHESS). The contract covers license renewals for ERP and Student Information System (SIS) implementation and related services supporting finance, human resources, payroll, and student information functions across multiple New Mexico community colleges. The contract term is 2.5 years, starting from September 13, 2026, to March 12, 2029, with a total amount of $17,000,000. CHESS is the only vendor able to provide these shared services due to its contractual relationship with Workday, the ERP/SIS vendor chosen through a prior competitive RFP process.
