Description

Clovis Community College is procuring a sole source contract for a comprehensive, turnkey Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training and testing program. The contractor will provide all personnel, instruction, curriculum, instructional materials, commercial motor vehicles, trailers, fuel, training equipment, driving range, training and testing facilities, maintenance, insurance, recordkeeping, testing, administrative support, and other resources necessary to operate and deliver the complete CDL training and testing program. The program includes training for Class A, B, and C CDL classifications and must be provided within a 50-mile radius of Clovis Community College to ensure equitable access. The contract term is four years, starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029, with a total amount of $600,000.
