Chatham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide underground utility locating and marking fiber services via the state of Georgia’s Utility Notification Center (GA811) for the County’s telecommunications utilities. All locating and marking services must comply with O.C.G.A 25-9, GPSC Rule 515-9-4, GPSC Rule 515-9-6, and any local codes or ordinances.
