Description

Central Management Services, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services, desires to purchase bulk rock salt. This emergency joint master contract will be available for use by Illinois Department of Transportation locations that did not receive a quote for their location under a previous bid. The procurement is to address the limited supply of rock salt due to a harsh winter and the absence of bids from one major supplier. The vendor will provide and deliver bulk rock salt directly to specified IDOT locations, invoicing each location separately.
