The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WBK) is seeking industry input for the procurement and development of Navigation Receiver Units for the B-1B Lancer bomber aircraft. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WBK), B-1 System Program Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified manufacturers, including small and socio-economic businesses - Products/Services Requested: - Navigation Receiver Units (100–200 units) - Must process secure military GPS signals, including M-code encryption - Must blend GPS and inertial navigation data - Must generate GPS RF outputs and control Digital Antenna Electronics - Must comply with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 - Must meet strict Size, Weight, Power, and Cost (SWaP-C) constraints - Navigation Receiver Capability Development - Integration with existing B-1B navigation systems - Resilient, spoof-resistant navigation in GPS-denied environments - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Support for M-code GPS (military encrypted signals) - Blended GPS/inertial navigation solutions - Compliance with military environmental and electromagnetic standards - Vendors must provide technical details, readiness levels, SWaP-C estimates, integration plans, and rough order of magnitude (ROM) costs - Open to all vendors, including small and socio-economic businesses
