The College of Charleston is seeking qualified firms for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ) to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) professional services for campus projects. - Government Buyer: - College of Charleston - Contact: Matt Schram co. Erin Keeley-Cain - Scope of Services: - MEP professional services for all phases of project planning, design, construction, and building system commissioning - Includes studies and regulatory compliance (DHEC, SCHPO, BAR, OSE) - Deliverables required in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as PDF and MS Word formats - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ) with a maximum value of $500,000 over two years - Maximum single delivery order value of $200,000 - Up to five contracts may be awarded - Unique Requirements: - Firms must be properly licensed in South Carolina at the time of submission - Submission of Standard Federal Form 330 is required - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named, as this is a professional services solicitation

Description

The solicitation is for providing basic and additional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing professional services on all phases of project planning, design, construction, and building system commissioning. Services may include studies and compliance with various regulatory requirements such as DHEC, SCHPO, BAR, and OSE.
