The Lancaster County Detention Center (LCDC) is requesting proposals from vendors to provide food services for the inmate population. The vendor will support services and potentially provide staff for seven days a week for approximately 200 inmates. Vendors are encouraged to propose solutions that balance quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
